How do I care for my frank green products?
Most of our products are dishwasher safe, but we recommend placing lids on the top rack. For ceramic-lined bottles, hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended to maintain the integrity of the vacuum seal and finish.

What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Do your bottles fit in standard cup holders?
Our 10oz and 12oz cups are designed to fit most standard cup holders. For our larger 34oz bottles, we offer a specialized car cup holder expander to ensure your hydration is always within reach.
