We want you to love your sustainable lifestyle essentials, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, personalized products and items that have been used cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your frank green products are in brand new condition, unused, and still in their original eco-friendly packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided shipping label or address details to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
